Meet the Team

Why Clients Stay for Decades

We combine fiduciary independence with consistent, responsive support. Our long-term clients trust us for personalized guidance that evolves with their lives—not sales pitches or one-size-fits-all strategies.

A Team You Can Count On

Rooted in experience, growing for the future.

From Kevin Lane’s founding leadership to our next-generation advisors, our team brings deep knowledge, clear communication & a unified commitment to your goals. We're built to last—together.

Built for Lifelong Partnerships

We’ve served some families for 36 years—and we’re just getting started. With our clearly communicated SUCCESSion plan and multigenerational team, we’re structured to support clients now and for years to come.

The Four Seasons of service

We take the time to truly understand your needs, goals, and financial priorities—because meaningful advice starts with knowing what matters most to you. From building a plan to implementing and monitoring it, we tailor every step of the process to your unique situation. We understand how complex personal finances can feel, whether you're managing debt, planning for retirement, or saving for college. Our commitment is to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. That means leveraging every resource we have to support your success—and thinking beyond conventional wisdom when the moment calls for it.

Our approach to wealth management goes well beyond a once-a-year review. In addition to regular meetings, you can expect proactive communication and structured touchpoints throughout the year—each designed to keep your strategy aligned and your questions answered.

Straight Answers, Real Clarity

Your Questions, Thoughtfully Answered

We believe trust begins with transparency. Here are answers to some of the most common questions we receive—from how we work to what you can expect as a client.

  • How do you get paid?

As fiduciary investment advisors, when managing investment accounts we get paid a percentage of assets under our management (i.e., “Asset Management Fee”). Our fees are calculated on the market value of your investable capital, billed quarterly, in advance. We want our fees to grow and that only occurs if your assets grow too. When providing consultative advice or financial planning services we get paid a fixed fee that is derived from our hourly rates or by project (i.e., “Financial Planning Fee”). There are cases where our financial planning and advice services are included or in addition to the Asset Management Fee.

  • Where is my money held?

As independent advisors, your cash and assets are not held directly with us…we always recommend keeping the assets separate from your advisor firm. We use Charles Schwab, one of the largest custodians for independent advisors, for our client accounts. The accounts are in your name at Schwab with us as your independent advisor. Schwab is responsible for generating statements, tax documents, and provides you with online access to view your accounts in addition to our client portal which pulls information from Schwab on a nightly basis. Your Schwab accounts also carry three levels of insurance protection: SIPC, FDIC and Lloyd’s of London.

  • Who do you work with?

We work with people in all ages and stages of life. Our ideal clients are serious about their financial future and want a professional on their team to provide advice and help guide them along the way.

  • Who DON'T you work with?

We don’t work with those interested in timing the market or actively trading in their accounts. It may not make sense to have a fiduciary investment advisor for those types of accounts.

  • Do you have a minimum?

We work with people in all ages and stages of life. Our "minimum" requirement is that our clients are serious about their financial future and want a professional on their team to provide advice and help guide them along the way. An Asset Management Fee may not make sense for smaller account balances which is why we also offer advice and financial planning services at a la carte rates.

  • What states do you serve clients?

While based in Prescott and Scottsdale Arizona, we serve clients across the United States. We prefer to meet with our clients face-to-face but enjoy working with clients virtually as well.

Connect. Communicate. Collaborate.

We don’t believe in templated relationships or transactional advice. When you reach out to us, you’ll speak with someone who knows your name—and your plan. Let’s have a conversation about what matters most to you.
